Influenced by obscure vinyl records and '60s garage rock, The Horrors banded together in 2005 and released their first record, Strange House, in 2007. After early acclaim, the group received minimal support for their future endeavors, however, they surprised critics with 2009's Mercury Prize-nominated Primary Colours. The group's third release, Skying, is available today via XL Recordings.
